A deeper way to connect.
Experiential Therapy for couples, individuals, and families.
EXPERIENTIAL SOMATIC ORIENTED PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR MIND-BODY HEALING
An integrative approach to psychotherapy that combines evidence-based Emotionally Focused Therapy with Somatic practices and energy psychology- nervous system regulation, deeper connection, and more intentional ways of relating.
Rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, my work explores the emotions and patterns shaping how we experience ourselves and our relationships. Somatic practices and energy psychology offer additional ways to work with the body’s response to stress, creating opportunities for greater awareness, new emotional experiences, and more intentional choices.
You’re exhausted from fighting with the person you love.
And somewhere along the way, you’ve stopped believing it could feel different.
You’re not even sure what you’re fighting about anymore. It starts small—a comment, a chore left undone, a tone of voice—and somehow it turns into something much bigger, much faster than it should.
One of you pushes closer, the other pulls away, and neither of you can find your way back before it’s already happened again.
Underneath it, you’re both asking the same question, just in different ways: Do I matter to you?
If you’re reading this late at night after another fight, or during a quiet moment wondering whether this is just how it’s going to be from now on, I want you to know something you may have stopped believing.
It can be different.
Not because you haven’t tried hard enough, or because you don’t love each other enough, but because you may not yet have had the support to understand and change the pattern you’re caught in.
I’ve watched these patterns change through my work, and in my own life. You don’t have to carry this alone. There is a way through, and I’d be honored to help you find it.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
We are shaped by our relationships.
Whether you’re navigating challenges with a partner, exploring your own emotional patterns, or finding your way through family relationships, therapy offers a space to understand yourself and others more deeply.

The Inner Landscape
Sometimes the most important relationship to explore is the one you have with yourself. Individual therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of your emotional experiences, and become curious about the patterns that shape how you move through the world. Together, we'll explore what lies beneath familiar reactions, creating room for greater self-understanding, healing, and new possibilities.
